RE:        Amended dates for State Band Festival

I think I misread something earlier in the year…okay, I’m quite certain I misread something earlier in the year…

Our State Band Festival is Wednesday, March 21 through Friday, March 23 (not the 19th -21st as indicated in the schedule).

I would like our Wind Ensemble to perform on Wednesday, March 21st – most likely in the evening.

I would like our Symphonic Band to perform on Thursday, March 22 – most likely in the mid-late afternoon.

Both performances will be at Apex Friendship High School and we will transport the students to and from the event as usual.  I should receive times in about 3 weeks.

No response to this note is necessary unless there is a significant conflict.
