MARCHING BAND SENIOR PORTRAITS

Say Cheese!! We will be taking our senior portraits this Friday, September 29th beginning at 5:00pm! Please plan to arrive to school at 5:00 to have your portraits taken prior to reporting to the warm-up lot for the game. Once you arrive to school, get dressed immediately in your full uniform and don’t forget to bring your instrument / flag when you line up for your portrait. (Percussion, bring your mallets, drumsticks, etc.) We typically take these portraits without our marching hats. However, if you prefer to have your hat on or prefer to hold it for your portrait, be sure and have it with you. You’ll see the camera set up outside in front of the band room!

What we need from you: We are currently gathering information about each of our seniors for use at the ceremony and in a printed program. ALL OF OUR MARCHING BAND SENIORS, please complete this brief information form at the link below by Friday, October 6th!!

Senior Info Form

Why?: Senior Marching Band Members will be individually recognized during the halftime program of our final football game!! Just prior to half time, we would like the senior escorts (usually parents/guardians/siblings) to gather on the field (inside and along the fence) in front of the band’s location in the bleachers. We will prepare for the ceremony by lining up in alphabetical order and our senior band members will join us just prior to the recognition ceremony. Each band member will have their name, instrument, the names of their escorts and their future plans announced as they walk out onto the field. We will also gather on the track near the band section after halftime to have individual family photos taken.
