Summer is quickly approaching and it is time to tidy up band accounts in preparation for the upcoming band season.
At this time, your account should be paid in full. Due to the unusual circumstances in regards to COVID-19, please email the co-Treasurers with any concerns or if you would like to set up a payment plan.
If you happen to have a credit on your account, refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
1. There is a credit on your account
2. You are a graduating senior family (with no younger band sibling)
3. You were on the official roster for:
a. DC Memorial Day Trip (max refund $526)
b. Class Band Spring of 2020 (max refund $35)
c. Fall Marching Band 2020 Registration, but did not participate in Spring 2021 MB (max refund $100)
4. You made actual payments in the amount of the refund requested (fundraising credits cannot be refunded as it will jeopardize our non-profit status).
If you are eligible for a refund or if you would like to donate your credit to another family/scholarship fund, then please submit that information via the following Jot Form. We are asking that requests for refunds be submitted no later than JUNE 1.
The co-Treasurers will review all refund requests and will notify each family once the request has been processed.
