We would like to thank everyone who helped make this BBQ run smoothly throughout the entire day. From Jean Burroughs helping us with organizing deliveries and collections, to our delivery drivers who signed up, and the ones who didn’t but jumped right in, to our scoopers, to our bakers, to our clean-up crew, to our wonderful presidents, the list really does go on. We can’t thank you all enough!
We’d like to especially thank Susan Uy for her support in nearly every role, all day! Not only did she bake and run deliveries, she covered positions wherever we needed them. Thanks, Susan!

How much did we sell? 835 plates! That’s a lot less than last year BUT we made more money from desserts and donations.
How much did we profit? $3,407.50 goes into the general fund.
It was truly a pleasure working with you all!
