Greetings amazing band parents, families & alumni!

The Fall Band BBQ is 3 weeks away and we need our BBQ-ties to pass out flyers promoting our BBQ starting next week!

Please visit our signup page ASAP to pick your flyer distribution area. These businesses look forward to our BBQ each spring and fall and make up a significant portion of our pre-order sales.

BBQ-ties can pick up their BBQ flyers in the band room. If you are signed up the envelope will have your name on it. If you just want to hand out flyers at your job, neighborhood or favorite local hangout there will be an envelope in the bandroom marked BBQ FLYERS for you to pickup. Please only take what you think you’ll need.

It’s a big weekend for our band (BBQ, parade, banquet) and we need all of the help we can get!
