Dear Athens Drive Band member and Parent,
I am pleased to announce that we have nearly 70 students registered for the band trip to BUSCH GARDENS, Williamsburg (VA) on May 25-26. Based on this participation we have been able to finalize the total cost of the trip.
The total cost of the trip will be $162 per student.
Trip cost includes:
– Round trip charter bus transportation
– One-day admission to Busch Gardens
– Voucher for one meal in the park
– Snacks & water on the bus
Deposits received have been applied to band accounts and appear as “Busch Gardens Deposit” on your March statement.
Final Balance Payment will be charged to your band account and will appear as “Busch Gardens Balance” on your April statement.
Please note that student accounts must be current or on a payment plan prior to departing on the trip. Any students with outstanding band account balances after the final payment date are subject to removal from the trip. Sadly, financial aid from the boosters is not available for this trip. All financial questions should be directed to the booster treasurers (treasurer@athensdriveband.com).
As a reminder, trip dates are May 25-26, 2024. Students will depart by charter bus at 5am sharp on Saturday arriving back at Athens Drive on Sunday morning at approximately 3am. The trip will include a standing 30-minute performance at the park entrance.
