Dear Band Families,

Tricia Bristow of Just…Smile Photography and Design will be on campus October 15th-16th taking photos of our 2018 – 2019 Marching Band students. These photographs will be used to create the Composite Photograph of this year’s Marching Band.

Since we only have 2 days to complete Composite Pictures, any additional photos will need to be scheduled for the end of day on the 16th. i.e sibling photo.

Tricia needs our help making sure the uniforms look just right and that the right name goes with each smiling face. If you are available to help during these photo sessions, please consider signing up using the following link:

In order to minimize the disruption to the classroom routine, Doc will be sending the kids to be photographed in groups based on their classroom instrument as described below.

Monday, October 15
Percussion, Flutes, Clarinets, Trombones, Tubas, Bassoons
Tuesday, October 16
Baritones, Saxophones, Horns, Trumpets, Oboes

If your child is not in class band (color guard only or marching band only), they should plan to attend a picture session during lunchtime on Monday or Tuesday.
Important: Students should bring their uniform to school THIS WEEK to ensure that it is available for composite pictures. Please remember to wear calf length black socks and cleaned shoes.

As soon as the photos are available for viewing online, we will send a link and a password for the gallery.
