Hello Band Families!
Wow! It seems like we just distributed Fruit & Nut Sale packets to the students, and it’s already time to turn them in! We hope your sales were a big success! Collect those final payments, check your order forms for accuracy, and send them in this week.
A collection box has been placed in Doc’s office. If you chose not to participate in this fundraiser, please write “No Thanks” on the white name label of your student’s packet and turn it in so the envelopes can be reused.
We need all order packets back by this Friday so we can prepare our master order for the Florida Farm Bureau. We’d love to have them sooner rather than later, so if you’ve completed your sales, please return your orders as soon as possible so we may begin processing them.
The next step is to get ready for all that fruit to arrive! Delivery Day is Friday, December 13th. If you helped last year, we’d love to have your help again! And if you didn’t help last year, come join us this time. It’s easy and fun, and we’ll provide breakfast munchies and pizza for lunch.
We’ll need morning people (and a few handtrucks) to help unload the truck, some folks to stay around to sort and bag the fruit and pick the orders, and some afternoon people to staff the pick up table after school. The signup will be posted on the band website later this week, and we’ll send a reminder with the link. We look forward to seeing you and thank you in advance for your help.
