The band incurs ongoing expenses like upkeep of our trucks and instruments, regardless of whether we have a “normal” year with in-person school, football, or marching band. We must keep our finances healthy and ready for operation when activities resume. We’ve also incurred additional expenses for safety preparations this year. Many of our other fundraisers will not be possible because they rely on large crowds, so your support for this year’s fundraiser is especially appreciated!
Students will receive their sales packets the week of October 19th and orders will be due the week of November 16th.
We’re encouraging customers to place orders and make payments through the Florida Farm Bureau’s new online ordering system. Click the button at the top or bottom of this page when the sale begins. You will still be able to designate a band member to receive credit for the sale.

Complete an order form in our Dewey’s Holiday Fundraiser Store in Waverly Place from November 7th through the 15th. Find out more about the store on our Dewey’s fundraiser page www.athensdriveband.com/fundraisers/deweys.
Print and complete a Public Order Form (link below). Mail the completed form with payment to the address printed on the order form. Make checks payable to “ADHS Band Boosters”. Orders must be received by November 16th. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your order.

Use the Teacher Order Form placed in your school mailbox (see link below if you’ve misplaced it). Submit your order with payment to the band director’s office or mailbox by Monday, November 16th. MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR DELIVERY DAY!
IMPORTANT! Order pickup will be at the Dewey’s Holiday Store, NOT the school. The store is located in the upper level of Waverly Place shopping center between Mod and Whisk. The address is 316 Colonades Way Suite 210.
STUDENTS: You will be assigned a pickup window on Saturday, December 12th to facilitate efficient pickup without long lines or crowding.
TEACHERS/STAFF: Your order will be delivered to the school by 2 pm on Friday, December 11th.
PUBLIC: If you ordered from a student, that student will contact you and deliver your order to you. If you completed a Public Order online, in the store, or mailed it in, you may pick up your order at Dewey’s store between 3-6 pm on Friday, December 11th.
If you are unable to pick up your order during this time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before the delivery day to make alternate arrangements.
