Our Fruit and Nut Fundraiser is nearing an end. Orange you sad?! This weekend should be a great opportunity to get those last minute sales in! This fundraiser is a WIN-WIN for individual student accounts and the general band fund, so Be a Sport and jump in! It would be nuts not to!
Saturday was hectic, and some students still did not receive their fundraiser packets. If your student is in guard or marching band and NOT in a class band and they have not yet received a fundraiser packet, please have them go by the band room after school to pick it up. Packets are in a box at the front of the band room and are labeled with the students’ names. They can ask Doc if they’re not sure where to find them.
The official due date for orders is next Tuesday, November 13th. If you need an extra day or two, that’s okay, but we MUST have all orders in by Friday (BBQ Day!). A collection box will be placed at the front of the band room near the end of the week to begin turning orders in. If you chose not to participate in this fundraiser, please write “No Thanks” on the white name label on your child’s packet and return the envelope so it can be reused.
