Traffic through Athens Drive’s front parking area is one-way and outlined above in white. For practice and event parking, please do not block the one-way traffic or park in the red areas before or after any band practice, football game, or competition. This area includes the parking pad directly in front of the band door as well as the one-way entrance area into the school parking lot. The band truck makes several trips to and from the field to load and unload equipment and needs all of the red areas for maneuvering. (On competition days additional trailers and vehicles are used so even more space is needed.)

You can park in the yellow or green areas, keeping in mind the green areas are much less congested. By helping to keep the parking lot clear of traffic, the band vehicles can safely enter and exit quickly, allowing students and staff to effectively unload equipment and head home.
