The ADHS Marching Band Percussion group includes battery percussion (marching snares, tenors, basses) and front ensemble instrumentation (mallet instruments, timpani, auxiliary drum set). Any Athens Drive student is welcome to participate. You do not need to be currently involved in the band program; however, the ability to read music is a prerequisite. This group is an integral part of the ADHS Marching Band which performs August through December. Percussion clinics and tryouts for the upcoming marching season are held in May. Please see calendar for rehearsal dates and times.
