Hello Band Families,

Soccer season is almost ready to start! The North Carolina FC and our women’s team, the North Carolina Courage are getting ready to begin their spring seasons. Both teams play at Wake Med Soccer Park—not far from Athens. We are pleased the Athens Drive Band is able to work concessions as one of our fundraisers again this year. The best part is that students can join their parents. Even middle school students (13+) are also welcome if they work with a parent or appointed guardian.

If you want to get started on earning money for next year’s band account, this is a great way to start! And, it’s never to early to start earning money for future band trips. Games are posted for Saturday, March 9th (report time 1:30 pm) and Saturday, March 30th (report time 5:30 pm) along with dates in April and beyond.
