Hello band families,

We are so excited to have available shifts for families interested in earning band account credits through the PARCC Fundraiser! Working a shift puts “$” in your account and helps the band meet its contractual obligation. Please check your availability for any of the following dates:

March 2 4:30-10pm Memorial Auditorium (no alcohol)
March 4 5-10pm Meymandi Concert Hall concessions
March 5 5-10pm Meymandi Concert Hall concessions
March 11 5:30-10pm Memorial Auditorium concessions (with bar)
March 12 5-10pm Meymandi Concert Hall concessions
March 13 4:30-10pm Memorial Auditorium concessions (with bar)
March 15 4:30-10pm Meymandi Concert Hall
March 16 4:30-10pm Meymandi Concert Hall
March 18 5:30-10pm Meymandi Concert Hall
March 19 7:30am -12pm & 12-4pm Memorial concessions (Trolls Live)
March 20 7:30am – 12pm & 12-4pm Memorial concessions (Trolls Live)
Each volunteer receives $8/hour in credits. Students 16+ can work with an adult on shifts NOT serving alcohol. Dress code for events is black button-up shirt, black pants and black no-slip shoes or sneakers.
