PRE-CAMP
Monday, July 22 – Thursday, July 25
6:30 pm – 10:00 pm
The countdown has begun to the first Pre-Camp marching band practice! Pre-Camp starts TOMORROW! Students should plan to meet in the band room with:
– Comfortable closed toed shoes (no sandals or flip flops!)
– Water bottle- labeled with their name
– Comfortable clothes (it’s gonna be HOT!!!!)
– Instrument
– Smile
– Positive Attitude
It’s going to be a busy week so don’t forget…
_____ Pre-camp Parent Meeting – Tuesday, July 23rd at 6:45 p.m in the band room, followed by the Booster Fair in the cafeteria. **We are looking at options for a new coffee fundraiser and will be having coffee tasting. Please help us out by trying some coffee and voting for your favorite.**
_____ Band CampRoommate Request Form: Remember – only 2 students per room. DUE WEDNESDAY night – if students don’t know anyone, they can work with their section leaders to find roommates. Forms will be available in the band room or online
_____ Payments- Please have your band account current as of July 30
_____ Donations: Towels, sunscreen and bug spray are needed. NEW THIS YEAR–We need coupons for Michaels, A.C. Moore and/or Jo-Ann. If you have any hard copies (or can print some) of these coupons, please drop off in the band room.
