Marching Band Registration and forms are due TODAY.

To access registration, please visit our website at www.athensdriveband.com.

In addition to online registration, the following forms must be completed and turned in by June 7th. (These apply for ALL students).

WCPSS Consent and Medical Form
Copy of health insurance card (front and back).
WCPSS Student Photo Permission Form

NEW members must also complete the WCPSS Athletic Participation Form that requires a physical. The Athletic Participation Form is not due until band camp in late July.

All forms can be found here. Just scroll down to the bottom and look under WCPSS Forms. Forms can be turned in to Doc or the front office.
