- Dismissal (at flagpole near gym entrance) @10:00pm

- Report to Athens 11:30am
- Rehearsal in stadium 11:45am
- Load/Dress/Lunch 1:15pm
- Inspection (senior parking lot) 2:45pm
- Depart for MHS (via activity bus) 3:00pm
- Arrive MHS 4:30pm
- Eat meal provided by boosters
- Warmup 5:40pm

- Change into comfortable clothes; load instruments 7:20pm
