Dear Athens Drive Band Family,
Several Athens Drive High School music programs will be participating in this year’s Cary Music & Arts Festival and we would like to offer you the opportunity to place a shoutout to your favorite student, group or director. Shoutouts are available for purchase at $25 each and will be placed in this year’s printed program. Shoutouts are 40 words or less with an optional photo. Deadline for submission is March 15th so don’t delay!
The following Athens Drive arts programs will be performing at this year’s festival:

Athens Drive Vocal Ensemble
Athens Drive Jazz Band
Athens Drive Wind Ensemble
Athens Drive & Cary HS Combined Orchestra
Other participants include vocal ensembles, jazz bands, orchestras, wind ensembles, theater, dance, and visual art programs from Apex High, Cardinal Gibbons High, Cary High, Enloe High, Green Hope High, Longleaf School of the Arts, Panther Creek High and the Philharmonic Association’s Triangle Youth Jazz Band.

There is also a button on our homepage (carymusicandartsfestival.org) for “Program Ads & Shoutouts” that will take you to full specifications for both business ads and shoutouts (in addition to providing a link to the above mentioned online form).
This year, due to rising operational costs, we need both advertising and shoutout dollars to help fund operational costs such as sound system, production and stage managers, and EMS and Security personnel. We are expecting a wonderful turn out this year. Several groups are bringing blankets, lawn chairs and picnics. Please plan to join us and stay the day. This year’s festival is Sunday, April 28th from 3PM – 9PM.
