Practice Field Work Day

When: Sunday, July 23 at 4:30pm
Where: Athens Drive Practice Field
Goals: stripe and prep practice field for pre-camp

Load Big Blue #1

When: Wednesday, July 26 at 6pm
Where: band room lot/field house
Goals: load semi for summer camp with items not being used at pre-camp

Load Big Blue #2

When: Thursday, July 27 at 8:45pm
Where: band room lot
Goals: load large frontline instruments

Load Big Blue/Baby Blue – final load

When: Friday, July 28 at 5:30pm
Where: band room lot
Goals: finalize pack and load for camp

Band Camp Set Up

When: Saturday, July 29 at 8:45am
Where: NC Wesleyan University, Rocky Mount (in front of chapel)
Goals: get facilities at NC Wesleyan ready for our campers
