The Athens Drive Jazz Ensemble will be traveling this Saturday to Durham to perform at the Jim Ketch Jazz Festival! Jazz ensemble member families, please review the itinerary below. Everyone is invited to come out for a day of amazing jazz performances by area ensembles!

8:00am Call-time/Load-time at Athens Drive High School

8:30pm Depart for NC School of Science and Mathematics

9:25pm Arrive at NCSSM

9:50am Warm-up in Lecture Hall

10:30am Performance

Post-Performance Put equipment away

11:15am Watch West Johnston Jazz and Triangle Youth Jazz Orchestra

12:45pm Head to Bus

1:00pm Depart for Athens Drive HS

1:45pm Arrive back at Athens Drive HS

2:00pm Unload and Dismiss

All equipment must be accounted for both before and after the performance. The expectation is that everyone helps. Please make sure you know what you’re responsible for!
