DEWEY’S HOLIDAY STORE:

The Dewey’s Holiday Store had a great opening weekend! We still have lots of shifts to fill, so check your calendars and sign up. Don’t forget to sign up for a training session, too. There are lots of exciting new things going on at this year’s store that you need to know about. Additional training sessions have been added on November 11th, 14th, and 17th. If you are new to the store, please do not sign up for the refresher session.

Before you attend a training session or shift, you will need to complete the Count on Me NC Best Practices for Covid-19 training module at https://countonmenc.org/business-training/(enter business name Athens Drive Band Dewey’s Holiday Store for your certificate).

On the day of your shift, you will need to complete a brief health screening questionnaire at https://form.jotform.com/201916984027965 (link will also be included in your shift reminder). Please text 919-749-8411 if you must cancel because of symptoms or exposure risk.

FRUIT & NUT SALE:

Our fruit & nut sale is moving along with just under two weeks left to sell! The online order portal will close Friday, November 20th at 11:59pm, and we will NOT be able to accept orders after that point. There are still some beautiful days ahead to place flyers in mailboxes. When the rain comes, you can stay home and send email and social media reminders or call that special aunt or uncle who likes to support the kids’ activities.

IF you took any paper orders, be sure to contact us at fruit@athensdriveband.com by November 16th to arrange pick up of your form and payments.

Please mark your calendars for order pick up Saturday, December 12th at the Dewey’s Holiday Store. Once all orders are received, we will send out the schedule for pickup. You will be given a list of your customer information for delivery when you pick up your order.
