We have just been made aware that the athletic department is in the process of transitioning to a new school physician and at this time they will be unable to offer on-site physicals. The athletic department is suggesting that students go to any local urgent care clinic or their local doctor to get the participation forms and physical completed. Typically most urgent care clinics offer physicals for $20.

Marching Band is a physically demanding activity and we want to ensure the safety of all students by being aware of their medical needs. If your student already has a physical from a 2018 spring sport, you may use this as long as it is good through January of 2019.

There is a link to the Athletic Participation Form in the Marching Band registration form. You must print out the Athletic Form to be completed at your student’s physical. Please submit a copy to Doc after you have registered for marching band.
