Hello Band Families! Congratulations to both our band and our volunteers on a VERY successful first competition weekend and thanks so much for all of your help!

Week two is here and we need your help! Below is the Pit Crew signup for this week and the rest of the season. No experience is needed, and there is a job for everyone so please feel free to reachout with questions!
Football Game: Sanderson
Date: THURSDAY 9/29 (moved from Friday)
Report time to band room: 5:15PM
Competition #2: Middle Creek High School
Date: Saturday 9/31
Location: Middle Creek High School, 123 Middle Creek Park Ave, Apex, NC 27539
For competitions, the band typically practices in the stadium and we load all of the equipment into Big Blue from the SENIOR LOT and here is the schedule (subject to change).
3:15 pm: Meet at senior lot to load Big Blue
5:00 pm: Meet in the truck parking lot at MIDDLE CREEK, unload
7:00 pm: Prepare to move to stadium for performance
7:45 pm: Load truck, eat dinner, head back to stadium for awards
1PM Sunday: Unload Big Blue from the cage.
