Dear Band Member and parents:

 Here is the itinerary for the 2025 Waverley  tree lighting .  

2:45pm        Parade Rehearsal at school

3:30pm        Break/Change into Uniform

*Students MAY drive separately after changing*

4:30pm        Depart for Waverly Place (If riding Activity Bus)

5:00pm        Arrive at Waverly Place (Plumes!)

5:15pm        Warm-up

6:00pm        WP Christmas Tree Lighting Performance!

6:30pm        Dismissal in Lot (Students CAN be checked out at this point)

6:40pm        Depart Waverly Place (for those riding back in activity buses)

7:00pm        Approximate arrival back at Athens Drive, Unload

We anticipate a large audience for this event—so it is going to be great PR for our band program! And, we will have lights affixed to our uniforms, so we’ll be “lit” just like the tree. 🙂
