4:00 pm Rehearsal End – Stage equipment for game
4:30 pm Potluck Dinner
5:10 pm Change into Full Uniform
5:50 pm Block up/Inspection/Stand Tune Run-through
6:20 pm March Down!
6:30 pm Performance for Smithdale Apartments
6:45 pm Pregame Performance
7:00 pm BEAT BROUGHTON HIGH SCHOOL!!
Halftime Senior Appreciation Ceremony, followed by “When the Woods Whisper”
Postgame March to Flag Pole, Announcements
10:00 pm Approximate Dismissal

Dismissal times depend on how long the game lasts and how quickly students pack up. The expectation is that everyone helps. Please check the Band App and have your notifications on for updates throughout the night.
